The special guest speaker, Ray Hoyt, has, “over twenty years of Sport and Event management experience with for profit and non-profit clients serving amateur and professional events.” Currently, Ray Hoyt serves as the Senior Vice President at Visit Tulsa / Tulsa Sports Commission.
